NDIS pricing applies to plan-managed and self-managed participants.
In-Person Occupational Therapy (Local to Glendale NSW)
NDIS: $193.99 per hour
Private: $200 per hour
• Initial therapy consultation
• Ongoing therapy available
• Individualised goals and family-centred support
• Sessions delivered at home, school, or community settings
Booking:
Consultation appointments are booked via our online booking system. NDIS payment is processed after sessions in line with NDIS or private billing arrangements. Private consults are paid at time of booking.
Remote Sensory Profile Assessment (Children and Adults)
NDIS: $387.00
Private Price: $290 (one-off)

• Comprehensive personalised written report
• Practical strategies for home, school, or daily life
• Suitable for parents, children, and adults seeking sensory insight
Optional add-on:
• Companion book + printed report: +$15 (and shipping)
Delivery:
Completed fully online with reports delivered digitally.

Functional Capacity Assessment (Children Only – In Person)
Hourly rate:
NDIS: $193.99 per hour
Private: $200 per hour
Approximate total time: 9 hours (invoiced per hour)
Assessment includes:
• 1 hour initial parent consultation
• 2–3 hours direct child assessment (Movement ABC & Sensory Profile)
• 1 hour school observation
• 1 hour home observation
• 2 hours report writing
• 1 hour in-person feedback and report explanation
Purpose:
• NDIS access or review reports

Monitoring/evaluating goal progression
• School or high school transitions
• Understanding functional strengths and support needs
• Informing therapy planning and funding recommendations
Billing:
Hours are invoiced progressively as services are delivered.

Travel
• Free travel within 10km of postcode 2285
• $1 per km beyond 10km (calculated from 2285)
