About The Sensory Play Clinic
At The Sensory Play Clinic, we believe every child and family deserves to feel calm, capable, and connected.
Our approach blends holistic Occupational Therapy with play-based sensory experiences, helping families understand their unique sensory needs and discover tools that truly support regulation and wellbeing.
As a mum of five beautiful children — all wonderfully different and endlessly busy — I understand how chaotic and overwhelming life can sometimes feel.
Balancing work, home, emotions, and everyone’s needs can feel like an impossible juggle. That’s why I am so passionate about creating spaces, tools, and strategies that help homes feel calmer and more connected again.
The strategies I share are practical and evidence-based, designed to work on a physiological level — using our senses to restore balance and lightness to daily life. These are science-backed approaches that help families find more peace, joy, and connection together.
Whether through Occupational Therapy sessions, remote assessments and personalised reports, or our sensory play products, my mission is to empower families to thrive — not just manage — and to rediscover the magic in everyday moments.

What We Do Differently
At The Sensory Play Clinic we bring together what truly works - practical sensory tools, emotional insight, and heart - led Occupational Therapy for real families.
At The Sensory Play Clinic, we do things a little differently - blending science, play and heart to create lasting change for children and families.
We believe that nature holds a unique magic that helps calm our nervous systems and restore balance. Through our sessions and resources, we find simple, practical ways to bring that magic into everyday life - helping families reconnect with the natural world and with themselves.
Our remote Sensory Profile assessments provide a clear and compassionate understanding of your child's (or your own) unique sensory needs. From this insight, we create practical, personalised strategies to support regulation, confidence, and meaningful goal outcomes. All of which, can be completed completely remotely via emails, or phone calls or telehealth appointments, dependant on your preferences.
We offer in - person Occupational Therapy sessions for children who benefit from hands - on support.
These sessions focus on school - based skills such as handwriting, attention and engagement, emotional regulation through movement or sensory based strategies, and the development of fine and gross motor skills
We don't just work with children and adolescents - we guide parents too. We help parents improve their own self-regulation skills with strategies that are practical, and easy to use at home that are designed to bring calm and connection into everyday life.
This can be done remotely via our online Sensory Profile Assessments (for parents) and personalised reports with care plans.
We also offer in-home Occupational Therapy sessions for parents, focusing on emotional regulation, executive function, and practical strategies that support everyday family life.
Support may include calming strategies for stress and overwhelm, creating supportive routines to help manage family and household and daily living, or organising the home in ways that make life feel more manageable.
